Supports

When two units like each other very very much, they gain stat boosts in battle. Supports have ranks, and the higher the rank, the stronger the boost.

Support Mechanics

When two units form a support, they both gain boosts in combat based on their Affinities. Supports increase the pair's Damage, damage taken (Resist), Hit, Avoid, critical hit rate (Crit), and critical hit avoid (Crit Avo). These boosts multiplied by x1 (C Rank), x2 (B Rank), x3 (A Rank), or x4 (S or A+ Rank). The boosts are then added together and rounded down. Units gain these boosts when they are within three spaces of each other. The following table shows the boost values by Affinity:

Units may not have more than one S or A+ support. S rank denotes a romantic relationship while A+ rank denotes a platonic relationship.

Support pairs gain Support Points each turn they are on the map together.

Support Conversations

When a support pair has gained enough support points, they rank up and a unique conversation between them unlocks. These conversations can be viewed in the base menu before combat of certain chapters.

Support pairs may be added/removed as more work is done with the game. Ranks in gray denote no scripted conversation for that rank yet. Pairs listed have at least one conversation in their chain fully scripted.
