What platforms can I play this on?

This was made for desktop Windows machines. I'm sure you can play this on Mac and Linux systems if you have a way of emulating the Windows OS, but I don't have the technical know-how to help with that.

Does that mean I can't play this on mobile devices?

You can now play Cycle of Remorse and other LT-Maker games on Android devices! Just follow this tutorial.

It won't run on my Windows computer!

Windows Defender is probably blocking it because it thinks the game is a malicious program. Just tell it to run the game anyway. I promise you I'm not trying to infect your computer with my silly fangame.

I have a question that's not covered here.
